Delivery time

We carefully do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. Orders that are in stock will be transferred to PostNL.

Should we not have products in stock, we will produce them as soon as possible. Should the laser cutting machines be busy, it is possible that the shipment will be ready after 2 working days. We will always do our utmost to complete the order as soon as possible.

Once you have received an email confirming your order and payment, the order will be prepared for shipment. When the order is in transit, an email will be sent with shipping details.

Verzendkosten

• Shipping costs for a letterbox package are €5,95.
• Shipping costs for a normal package are €7,95.

Delivery date

Delivery is made via PostNL's letter carrier or parcel delivery service. Generally, delivery will take place the next working day between 9:00 and 18:00. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.

If the courier tries to deliver the package but no one is present, a second delivery attempt will be made on the next delivery day. If this attempt also fails, an email will be sent with information at which post office or service point the order can be picked up. If the order is not picked up within the deadline, it will be returned to us. The additional shipping costs associated with this will be charged.

Collection

The products can also free be collected by appointment! Because we are not present every day, it is convenient to make an appointment via email first, or see our contact page for current opening hours.
