3mm white printed ash MDF (Medium Density Fibreboard) is strong and very economical sheet material and very suitable for laser cutting.
MDF is composed of a combination of dried wood fibers and glue. Due to the dense and even distribution of the fibers, it is easy to machine with a laser cutter, as well as with sawing, milling, drilling, etc. Due to its dense structure, MDF is relatively heavy, but on the other hand, it is also very stiff, strong, has great bending strength and no grain. This makes the material equally strong in all directions.
Because a board of MDF consists of dried wood fibers and glue, it cannot withstand moisture (water) very well and is not suitable for outdoor use.

We generally have 900 x 600mm plates in stock, if you order larger custom plates we have to order them first and cut them to size, delivery time may be a little longer. If you want larger sizes, please contact us. contact with us for opportunities.
Maximum dimensions
We use maximum dimensions of 1200 x 600mm. We can still ship these plates with PostNL. Larger plates have to be shipped by pallet freight which increases the costs. If you are looking for larger plates and want to pick them up, please contact us.
